Ground floor sunny apartment in this great complex just less than 3 minutes walk to the beaches of Fanabe and Torviscas. Ideal for a family or couples looking for a relaxing holiday but within a short walk to all amenities.
The complex is well maintained and a friendly atmosphere which is great for relaxing. The location of Yucca Park is hard to beat! The beaches of Fanabe and Torviscas are literally less than 5 minutes walk away and these probably are the safest beaches in Tenerife South for Children, we take our nieces and nephews here as the sea is usually great for kiddies. A lifeguard and flag system operate here. Also there are many restaurants and facilities for families along the promenade making it ideal. Sunloungers and parasols can be hired and jet skis and pedalos are available from these beaches.
Entrance from front door leads to hallway with Bedroom. 150 CM bed with two bedside tables, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, wicker chair, hairdryer, wardrobes with hanging space. Patio door and separate window.
Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, Bidet, Sink with mirror over and lights.

Kitchen area with microwave, kettle, toaster, four ring hob, oven. All crockery and glasses are provided. Living area with TV unit with Flat screen large TV/DVD. Leather settee with metal action sleeping facilities. Coffee table with lamp. Ceiling fan. Patio doors leading onto terrace.
Outside, terrace with lovely dining table and six chairs. The terrace does receive some sunshine.
Fañabe is only 5 minutes away from the fabulous Siam Park, the best new water park and attraction in Tenerife.
Fañabe is also the perfect base for visiting all the other great sights Tenerife has to offer including Mount Teide, Loro Parque, to name just a few!
