The apartment building is located in a quiet area of Playa San Juan , at only 100 meters from the sea. Take a walk on the nearby promenade that links the small fisher village Alcala with the recently built luxury golf hotel Abama. Only a few minutes walk away is the new sand beach of Playa San Juan with its palm trees and the marina, as well as plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
The total of 6 apartments are located in a recently built apartment house. All apartments have a comfortable living room with sofa and satellite TV, a dining area and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, oven and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bath, bidet and washing machine.
All guests can use the sun terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture on the top floor of the building, which you can reach comfortably with the elevator.
The apartments have large terraces where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
