Families are welcome and we provide a free family pack which consists of a travel cot/bedding and high chair.
The spacious terraces are great for sunbathing or just taking a dip in the pool. Please note we aim to keep the pool temperature to around 27 degrees throughout the year. The pool is NOT solar heated but electrically heated.
Entrance hall leads to large living/dining area. Dining table which extends to sit 8. Large corner sofa and chair, coffee table, sideboard with DVD. Large Flat Screen TV on the wall with satellite box which receives the community satelitte and this includes BBC and ITV and Sky News.
Off the living room is the kitchen and this is fitted with Kettle, Toaster, Inbuilt Microwave, Inbuilt Oven, Four ring induction hob, Inbuilt dishwasher. All crockery and glasses and cooking ware are provided.
Outside the kitchen is the utility area which has an inbuilt washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron.
A cloakroom/wc is also on this level.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, air/con/heating unit. Flat screen TV. Separate Wardrobe Area, then ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, twin sinks, mirror over sinks, bidet, wc. There is a balcony off this bedroom with a rattan suite and the views are wonderful!
2nd Bedroom with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, air/con/heating unit.
3rd Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, air/con/heating unit.
Bathroom with large shower, bidet, sink with mirror over, wc.
4th bedroom is located downstairs from the living area, spacious with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Own shower room with shower, wc, sink with mirror over.
Each bedroom has its own hairdryer.
Entrance to the villa through a secure/intercom gate and there is a garden area. The pool is located here and the pool has steps into it... as stated before electrically heated with a year round temperature of around 27 degrees. Six sunloungers are provided along with sun pads and beach/pool towels. There is a patio set for alfresco eating and there is another dining set with chairs under the veranda off the living room. |
